Clients that are over 10 mins late will be charged a $10 fee if you are over 15 mins late your appointment may be canceled and you will be charge $25.
Clients that show no/no call will be charged $25 if card info is not available they will have to pay this before being able to book again.
If you need cancel please allow us 24 hours notice, last minute cancelations will also have the same $25 charge.
